菲律宾作为典型的海洋国家,海洋渔业、海洋油气业、海洋交通运输业、海洋船舶制造业、滨海旅游业等海洋经济方面贡献重大,但也存在交通基础设施落后、技术不够先进、依赖外资等问题。同时,菲律宾长期与中日两国维系着良好的经济合作关系,中日两国是菲律宾重要的贸易伙伴和外资来源国,与菲律宾在基础设施建设、海洋渔业等方面合作广泛。适逢中日在第三方市场开展合作上达成了重要共识,中日菲三方合作潜力巨大,可以优势互补,互利共赢。

As a typical marine country,the marine economy contributes a lot to the Philippines,such as marine fisheries,marine oil and gas industry,marine transportation,marine shipbuilding,and coastal tourism.However,there are also problems such as backward transportation infrastructure,inadequate technology,and dependence on foreign investment.At the same time,the Philippines has maintained good economic cooperation with China and Japan for a long time.China and Japan are important trading partners and sources of foreign investment of the Philippines,and cooperate extensively with the Philippines in infrastructure construction and marine fisheries.It coincides with the important consensus reached by China and Japan in the cooperation in the third-party market.The cooperation between China and Japan and the Philippines is huge,and they can complement each other and win-win.
