摘要
软件工程专业是工程性较强的专业,校外实践基地对本科院校软件工程专业的人才培养具有重要的作用。文章肯定了校外实践基地对软件工程专业人才培养的效果,指出了校外实践基地建设和管理上面临的问题,并对此提出了相应的建议和措施。文章认为,只有通过改革创新提高校外实践基地的管理模式、实现校企双赢,才能更好地为软件工程专业人才培养提供技术与资源服务。
Software engineering is a specialty with high engineering nature,and the off-campus practice base plays an important role in the cultivation of software engineering talents.This paper affirms the effect of off-campus practice base on the training of software engineering professionals,points out the problems in the construction and management of off-campus practice base,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.The paper holds that only through the reform and innovation can the management mode of the off-campus practice base be improved and the win-win situation between the school and the enterprise be realized,which can provide the training of software engineering professionals with better technical and resource services.
