Chk1激酶在恶性血液肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 细胞周期检查点激酶1(Chk1)属于丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白质激酶,是一种细胞周期调节因子,控制细胞增殖,是DNA损伤后引起S/G 2期、G 2/M期阻滞的关键基因,为修复DNA损伤提供保障,具有重要的监视功能。Chk1在多种肿瘤组织中呈过表达,可通过特定分子信号通路参与部分肿瘤的发生发展;其表达水平的异常与血液肿瘤患者的治疗效果及预后密切相关,高表达Chk1在血液肿瘤细胞的浸润转移中具有重要意义,而Chk1抑制剂的出现为恶性血液肿瘤治疗提供了新的方向。 Checkpoint kinase 1(Chk1)is a serine/threonine protein kinase,a cell cycle regulator that controls cell proliferation and causes S/G 2 and G 2/M phase arrest after DNA damage,which provides protection for repairing DNA damage and has important surveillance functions.Chk1 is overexpressed in a variety of tumor tissues and can participate in the occurrence and development of some tumors through specific molecular signaling pathways.The abnormal expression level of Chk1 is closely related to the therapeutic effect and prognosis of hematologic tumor patients.The high expression of Chk1 has great significance in the infiltration and metastasis of hematologic tumor cells,and the advent of Chk1 inhibitors provides a new direction for the treatment of malignant hematologic tumor.
