摘要
近年来,间接黏接因椅旁操作时间短、患者舒适度高及托槽易准确定位等优点在临床上逐渐普及。间接黏接技术在托槽定位、定位材料、转移托盘和临床黏接材料等方面也有了很大的发展,可根据不同的情况进行选择。随着计算机辅助设计/计算机辅助制作(CAD/CAM)、锥形束CT和快速成型技术的发展以及在正畸中的应用,基于数字化的排牙、托槽定位和转移托盘的制作等也在正畸临床普及。在临床综合评价指导下,传统间接黏接和CAD/CAM转移托盘间接黏接可以更好地应用于正畸临床。
In recent years,indirect bonding has gradually become popular in clinics due to reduction chair time,more comfort of patients and easy accurate positioning of brackets.Indirect bonding technology has also made great progress in the positioning of brackets,positioning materials,transfer trays and clinical bonding materials,which provides various options for different situations.With the development of computer aided design/computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM),conical beam CT and rapid prototyping technology and their applications in orthodontics,the production of digitized tooth arrangement,bracket positioning and transfer tray is becoming more popular in orthodontics.Under the guidance of comprehensive clinical evaluation,the traditional indirect bonding and CAD/CAM transfer tray indirect bonding can be applied in orthodontics.
