摘要
辽宁某金矿建设规模为400t/d,其金属矿物主要以黄铁矿和赤铁矿为主,根据矿石性质及选矿试验报告,设计采用二段一闭路破碎流程及重浮联合选矿工艺流程,重选流程得到粗颗粒金矿产品,最后经过浮选得浮选金精矿。重选金精矿品位1 600g/t、回收率27.5%,浮选金精矿产品品位40g/t、回收率59.5%。
The construction scale of a gold mine in Liaoning Province is 400 t/d.The main metallic minerals of the ore are pyrite and hematite.According to the ore properties and beneficiation test report,the technological process of design is two-stage one closed circuit crushing process and gravity-flotation complex process.Coarse gold particles obtained by gravity separation process,and the flotation gold concentrate is obtained by flotation.The concentrate grade of gravity separation is 1600 g/t,recovery rate is 27.5%.The concentrate grade of flotation is 40 g/t,recovery rate is 59.5%.
