Thinking on Existing Problems of Optimizing Statistical Management Mode to Improve the Development of Enterprises

国有矿山企业面对市场经济严峻的竞争环境.为了适应市场经济,企业会采取减负瘦身、精简部门来应对,精简时统计部门往往首当其冲,这说明企业没有意识到统计工作的重要性.本文从多个方面论述统计工作在矿山企业中的重要性,同时也提出在企改过程中提升统计管理模式、助力企业发展的具体措施.

At present,state-owned mining enterprises are facing the severe competitive environment of market economy.In order to adapt to the market economy,enterprises usually eliminate the departments of statistics to ease the burden.However,the mining enterprises don't realize the importance of statistics.This paper discusses the importance of the statistical work for mining enterprises from multiple aspects,and proposes some specific measures to improve the the statistical management mode and development of the mining enterprises.
