Discuss about Xie Wuliang's view of pian wen

民国是中国文学发展由传统向现代转型的重要时期,骈文的发展也不例外。谢无量作为清末民初重要的骈文批评家,他在骈文批评方面不仅引入“美文”这一概念来重新理解骈文,而且在此基础上对骈文的价值做出了极高的评价。同时,他还从汉字本身特点出发,结合先秦经典,对骈文的生发、源头及与散文的关系进行了探讨。此外,他还对骈文的发展过程进行了阶段性的划分,对每一阶段骈文发展的特点都作了比较深入的分析和论述,虽然部分观点继承了前人的理论成果,但有些创造性的理论观点颇有见地,也对后世学者骈文史的书写产生了重要影响。

The republic of China is an important period for the development of Chinese literature which from traditional to modern,and the development of pian wen is no exception.As an important commenter of pian wen in the late Qing dynasty and the early republic of China,Xie Wuliang was not only introduced the concept of"essay"to re-understand pian wen,and he also had made a high evaluation on the value of pian wen on this basis.At the same time,he also discussed about the origin of pian wen and its relationship with prose which from the characteristics of Chinese characters and combined with the pre-Qin period's classics.In addition,he also had a division for the development of the pian wen phased,and for each phase he had a concrete analysis and discuss which compared with the characteristics of the pian wen.While some view inherits the theoretical achievements of predecessors,but some creative intelligent theory view also have a great influence for the later scholars who written the history of pian wen.
