青海大学生心理资本与心理健康关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Psychological Capital and Mental Health of College Students in Qinghai Province

旨在考察青海大学生心理资本水平与心理健康状况的关系。采用心理资本量表和自测健康评定量表对989名大学生进行调查研究。结果:大学生心理资本和心理健康均处于中等水平;不同性别、专业大学生在心理资本上差异不显著;不同学校学生心理资本存在显著差异;不同年级、专业的大学生在心理健康总体上存在显著差异;心理资本与心理健康大部分呈极显著正相关,大学生心理资本水平的得分越高,越具备积极的心理能量,其心理健康状况也就越好。建议:高校相关部门应该重视对大学生心理资本的培养,促进和提高青海大学生的心理健康水平。

Objective:to investigate the relationship between Psychological Capital level and Mental Health status of college students in Qinghai province.Methods:989 college students were investigated by Psychological Capital scale and self-measured health rating scale.Results:the Psychological Capital and Mental Health of college students were at medium level.There is no significant difference in Psychological Capital between different genders and majors.There are significant differences in students'Psychological Capital in different schools.College students of different grades and majors have significant differences in Mental Health on the whole.Psychological Capital is positively correlated with mental health for the most part.The higher the score of college students'Psychological Capital,the more positive psychological energy they have,and the better their Mental Health.Suggestions:relevant departments of colleges and universities should pay attention to the cultivation of Psychological Capital of college students,and promote and improve the Mental Health level of college students in Qinghai.
