贵州某低品位碳酸锰矿选矿提锰研究 被引量:6

Study on the Separation of Manganese from a Low-grade Manganese Carbonate Ore in Guizhou

摘要 贵州某碳酸锰矿储量大,品位低,为了更合理开发利用,通过X射线荧光光谱和X射线衍射、光学显微镜分析等测试方法,对锰矿石的矿物组成、主要元素赋存状态、重要矿物嵌布特征以及矿物解离特征等进行了系统分析,并且在此基础上开展了选矿提锰探索研究。结果表明,块状、条带状和显微结核状为该碳酸锰矿的主要结构和构造;主要有用矿物为菱锰矿和锰方解石,主要脉石矿物为石英和绿泥石。细粒菱锰矿多与锰方解石、石英和黏土矿物等胶结共生。Mn含量为10.70%,Mn/Fe和P/Mn比值分别为5.38和0.013,该锰矿为高磷高硅低铁贫锰矿。锰矿石各粒级中Mn均匀分布,矿石泥化现象较严重。常规浮选较难分离出含锰矿物;在磨矿细度为-0.075 mm占67.44%、矿浆浓度为10%、磁场强度为640 kA/m时,经一次强磁选可获得Mn含量为16.73%、Mn回收率为64.17%的磁选精矿,满足三级碳酸锰矿要求;在磁选基础上增加焙烧后,精矿品位Mn含量可提高至18.72%,但Mn回收率降至49.84%。 A manganese carbonate mine in Guizhou has large reserves and low grades.In order to make the mine reasonably developed and utilized,in this paper,through X-ray fluorescence spectrum,X-ray diffraction and optical microscope analysis,the mineral composition,main element occurrence state,important mineral inlay characteristics and mineral dissociation characteristics of the manganese ore are systematically analyzed.The results show that the main structure and structure of the manganese carbonate ore are massive,banded,and micro-concretion.The main useful minerals are rhodochrosite and manganese calcite,while the main gangue minerals are quartz and chlorite.The fine-grained rhodochrosite is often associated with manganese calcite,quartz and clay minerals.The Mn content is 10.70%,and the ratios of Mn/Fe and P/Mn are 5.38 and 0.013,respectively,indicating that the manganese ore is poor manganese ore with high phosphorus,high silicon and low iron.Mn is uniformly distributed in all grain sizes of the ore,and the ore slime is more serious.It is difficult to separate manganese-containing minerals by conventional flotation.However,the concentrate with Mn grade of 16.73%and recovery of 64.17%can be obtained through a strong magnetic separation with a grinding fineness of—0.075 mm 67.44%,a slurry concentration of 10%,and a magnetic field strength of 640 kA/m,meeting the requirements of third-grade manganese carbonate ore.After adding roasting on the basis of magnetic separation,the Mn grade of concentrate can be increased to 18.72%,while the recovery rate is reduced to 49.84%.
