摘要 针对黑龙江某细粒级晶质石墨进行选矿工艺试验研究,采用棒磨-搅拌磨联合工艺,通过正交试验考察充填率、磨矿介质直径、磨矿时间对搅拌磨机试验结果的影响,同时进行了系统的开路、闭路选矿试验。试验结果表明:原矿经两次棒磨、五次再磨(搅拌磨)、七次精选、两次扫选的闭路试验,最终所取得的精矿指标为精矿产率为9.74%、固定碳品位97.45%、固定碳回收率为95.72%。精矿产品中粒径超过0.149mm的石墨含量为7.26%,该工艺能够有效保护大鳞片不被破坏,同时获得合格石墨精矿产品。 An experimental study on mineral processing technology of some fine grain crystalline graphite in Heilongjiang province was carried out.The combined process of using rod mill and stirring mill was adopted.The effects of filling rate,grinding medium diameter and grinding time on the test results were investigated by orthogonal test.At the same time,the open circuit test and closed circuit test were carried out.Test result shows:raw ore were grinded by two rod mill,five times regrinded(stirring mill),seven times selecting,two times sweeping.Finally,the obtained concentrate index was:the percentage of refined minerals was 9.74%.The grade of fixed carbon was 97.45%.Recovery of fixed carbon was 95.72%.The content of the concentrate product with particle size exceeding 0.149 mm was 7.26%.The process can effectively protect large scales from being destroyed and obtain qualified graphite concentrate.
