Dry pre-selection equipment can separate some qualified tailings,realize the pre-enrichment of ore,effectively reduce the cost of following grinding and other operations,and is the key equipment for energy-saving,consumption-reducing and efficiency-increasing of lean magnetite selection plants.In this paper,the significance of dry pre-selection is summarized,the sorting principle,equipment characteristics and application of several typical dry pre-selection equipment are mainly introduced,and its development trend is forecasted.
