寒葱水提物对生殖功能损伤大鼠精液质量和生殖激素调节的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Water Extract of Allium Victorialis on Semen Quality and Reproductive Hormone Regulation in Rats with Impaired Reproductive Function

摘要 研究寒葱水提物对生殖功能被破坏的大鼠(肾阳虚)生殖激素调节和精液质量的改善情况。通过双侧后肢肌注射氢化可的松构建肾阳虚雄性大鼠模型,4周后测定不同剂量寒葱水提物作用模型组大鼠后的生殖器官脏器系数,苏木精-伊红染色观察睾丸组织形态结构,全自动精子分析仪检测精子的活力和活率,测定睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)的含量及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性。结果表明:寒葱水提物能显著改善模型组大鼠睾丸组织形态结构出现的病变损伤;增加生殖器官脏器系数;升高大鼠血清中T和GnRH的水平,降低LH水平;显著提高了模型组大鼠的精子活力和活率;升高了阴茎海绵体中的NOS活性和cGMP含量。结论,寒葱水提物可显著改善模型组大鼠生殖激素调节功能和精液质量,且存在剂量依赖性,高剂量效果最优。 This work studied the effect of Allium Victorialis extract on the regulation of reproductive hormones and semen quality in rats with impaired reproductive function.Male rat model of impaired reproductive function was constructed by injecting hydrocortisone into bilateral hind limb muscles.After 4 weeks,measure the reproductive organ viscera coefficient.The morphological structure of testicular tissue was observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.The sperm motility were measured by automatic sperm analyzer.The contents of testosterone (T),luteinizing hormone (LH),gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) and guanosine cyclophosphate (cGMP) and the activity of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) were determined.The results showed that water extracts from Allium Victorialis could significantly improve the pathological changes and damage of testicular tissue structure in the model group.The serum T and GnRH levels were increased and LH levels were decreased.Sperm motility of model group rats were significantly increased.NOS activity and cGMP content were increased.Conclusion:Water extracts of Allium Victorialis can significantly improve the regulation function of reproductive hormones and semen quality in model group rats and there is a dose-dependent,optimal effect of high doses.
