摘要
创业者中存在着较为明显的男多女少现象,是否因为男性更适合创业,还是个体的性别观念限制了女性创业潜力的发挥。通过使用"社会性别观念"和"交友特质"概念对创业领域的性别差异问题进行讨论,222份有效问卷结果显示:不同性别个体对创业机会的评价确实存在显著差异,但是先进的社会性别观念和现代性的交友特质能够有效地缩小差异。研究结论有助于理解创业研究领域中的性别差异问题及其诱因,从而帮助消除对创业者的性别歧视具有一定的参考价值,最后指出研究局限性,并对未来可以拓展的研究方向进行了探讨。
There is an obvious phenomenon of more men than women among entrepreneurs.Is it really because men are more suitable for entrepreneurship?Perhaps the individual’s gender concept limits their entrepreneurial potential.Using the concepts of"social gender"and"friendship traits"to discuss the gender differences in entrepreneurship,222 questionnaires show there truly exist significant differences in the evaluation of entrepreneurial opportunities by individuals of different genders;however,advanced social gender concept and modern friendship characteristics can effectively reduce the differences.The study conclusion provides some significant reference in understanding gender issues in entrepreneurship research and promoting gender equality.At the end,this paper points out the study limitations and future research direction.
