江苏运河城市县域工业生态效率时空演化及形成机制

Spatiotemporal Evolution and Formation Mechanism of Industrial Ecological Efficiency in the Counties of Jiangsu Canal City

大运河文化带是联通区域空间格局的南北经济带,生态环境空间的修复、保护与营造是大运河文化带建设的重要内容。针对2007年来江苏境内运河流经地市县域工业生态效率的时空格局、关联特征及影响机制的研究,发现:(1)2007年来县域工业生态效率总体不断抬升,但南北区域间差异较大,仍有较大提升空间;(2)县域工业生态效率时空演变呈阶段性与多样性同构特征,苏南县域工业生态效率的强度与趋势呈上升变化,苏中地区呈交错混杂态势,而苏北地区波动变化较大;(3)人均GDP、信息化水平、科技创新能力、对外开放及产业高级化对工业生态效率具有正向关联影响,且除产业结构高级化外,关联强度总体呈"南北强、中间弱"空间格局,而工业能耗强度的关联效应为负,呈"中间强、南北弱"分布态势;(4)经济发展对工业生态效率呈U型变化影响,工业能源强度和科技创新能力则起到显著的促进作用,而产业高级化、信息化水平及对外开放程度的影响并不显著。

The Grand Canal cultural belt is a north-south economic belt linking regional spatial pattern.The restoration,protection and construction of the ecological environment space are important contents of the Grand Canal cultural belt construction.According to the spatial-temporal pattern,correlation characteristics and influence mechanism of industrial ecological efficiency of cities and counties where the Grand Canal flows through in Jiangsu Province since 2007,the research finds that:(1)The overall industrial ecological efficiency of the counties has been rising since 2007,but there is a large difference between the north and south regions.There is still a large space for improvement.(2)The spatial-temporal evolution of industrial ecological efficiency of counties shows the isomorphic characteristics of periodicity and diversity.The intensity and trend of the industrial ecological efficiency in southern counties of Jiangsu Province are increasing,while that in the central counties is interlaced and mixed and that in the northern counties fluctuates greatly.(3)The per capita GDP,informatization level,technological innovation capability,opening up and industrial upgrading have a positive correlation impact on the industrial ecological efficiency.Moreover,the correlation intensity shows a spatial pattern of"strong in the north and south,weak in the middle",while the correlation effect of industrial energy consumption intensity is negative,showing a distribution trend of"strong in the middle,weak in the north and south".(4)Economic development has a U-shaped impact on industrial ecological efficiency.The energy intensity and technological innovation capacity of science and industry play a catalytic role,while the influence of industrial upgrading,informatization level and opening degree is not significant.
