摘要
为解决国内市场上水性车间底漆涂料产品质量参差不齐和涂层性能不稳定的问题。采用有机硅氧烷和有机乳液对硅酸钾水溶液进行改性,制备一种稳定的有机-无机复合树脂,并与锌粉按照一定比例配制了水性无机锌车间底漆。系统研究了硅酸钾模数、硅烷偶联剂、有机乳液、锌粉粒径和颜基比对水性无机锌车间底漆性能的影响规律,对涂层组分进行了优化,采用SEM对涂层的形貌和防护性能进行表征。结果表明:硅酸钾水溶液模数在5.5,硅氧烷DP-560添加量为2%,硅丙乳液添加量为5%,锌粉粒径选择800目,锌粉与树脂比例为3∶1制备的涂层综合性能最优异。
The potassium silicate aqueous solution was modified by organosiloxane and organic emulsion to prepare a stable organic-inorganic composite resin. Then,a water-borne inorganic zinc shop primer was prepared with the resin and zinc powder in a certain ratio. It was systematically investigated that the effects of potassium silicate modulus,organosiloxane,organic emulsion,particle size of zinc powders and pigmentation ratio on the performance of water-borne inorganic zinc shop primer. The morphologies and protective properties of the coating were evaluated by SEM. Results showed that the prepared coatings had the best comprehensive performance when the process conditions were as follows: the modulus of potassium silicate aqueous solution of 5.5,the amount of organosiloxane DP-560 of 2%,the amount of silicone-acrylic emulsion of 5%,the particle size of zinc powders of 800 mesh,and the mass ratio of zinc powder to resin of 3 ∶ 1.
