摘要 随着普光气田生产时间不断延长,天然气中的硫化氢对管道、设备的腐蚀情况日益严重,为保证生产的安全平稳运行,提出基于超声波检测原理的管线在线测厚系统及配套硬件为基础的腐蚀监测完整解决方案和完整系统构成,采用非侵入式、安全可靠的腐蚀监测技术,对腐蚀易发生部位进行了实时监测,现场运行状况良好。 With the increase of the production time of Puguang Gas Field,the corrosion of pipelines and equipment was becoming more and more serious because the natural gas contained hydrogen sulfide and canrbon dioxide. In order to ensure the safe production,a complete solution and an online pipeline thickness measurement system with supporting hardware were proposed,based on the principle of ultrasonic detection and corrosion monitoring. The non-invasive and safe corrosion monitoring technology was adopted so that the corrosion prone parts were monitored in real time.
