摘要
反转录富含半胱氨酸蛋白(RECK)基因是近年来发现的一种转录抑制基因,其表达与鼻咽癌、口腔鳞癌,中耳鳞状细胞癌,喉癌,食管癌等多种头颈部鳞状细胞癌的侵袭及转移存在负相关关系,其抑制肿瘤侵袭及转移的方式是通过抑制多种基质金属蛋白酶的表达和血管生成而实现。本文对RECK基因结构与表达、RECK抑制肿瘤侵袭与转移的机制、RECK与多种头颈部鳞状细胞癌的关系进行综述。
The reversion-inducing cysteine-rich protein with kazal motifs(RECK)gene is a transcription suppressor gene found in recent years.Its expression is negatively correlated with invasion and metastasis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,oral squamous cell carcinoma,middle ear squamous cell carcinoma,laryngeal cancer,esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and other types of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.Inhibition of tumor invasion and metastasis is achieved by inhibiting the expression of multiple matrix metalloproteinases and angiogenesis.This paper reviewed the structure and expression of the RECK gene,its mechanisms in inhibiting tumor invasion and metastasis,and the relationship between RECK and various head and neck squamous cell carcinomas.
