摘要
地诺前列素(dinoprost)是前列腺素的其中一种,在临床上被用作引产和堕胎药。地诺前列素含有多个手性中心以及一条顺式烯烃侧链,一条反式烯烃侧链,如何有选择性地合成这些官能团引起了广泛的关注。近年来虽然发展了多条合成路线,也可以达到高立体选择性,但都存在着一定的局限性,比如反应步骤长、条件苛刻、用到大量的金属试剂及一些价格昂贵的试剂甚至是剧毒试剂等等。本文主要对近年来发展的地诺前列素的合成方法做一个综述。
Dinoprost is one of the prostaglandins,which is used for inducing and abortion.Dinoprost has several chiral centers and two side chains,one is cis-olefin and another is trans.How to selectively synthesize these functional groups has attracted wide attention.In recent years,several synthetic routes have been developed to achieve high stereo-selectivity,but there are certain limitations,such as long steps,harsh reaction conditions,using a lot of metal reagents,expensive reagents even highly toxic reagent.The synthetic methods developed in recent years for dinoprost were reviewed.
