摘要
油气田钢质管材工作于腐蚀性环境介质中,容易产生腐蚀现象,甚至引发严重的安全事故和环境灾难。本文介绍了油气田钢质管材缓蚀剂、防护性涂层两种常用腐蚀防护措施的研究进展。重点对缓蚀剂的作用机理、缓蚀剂应用、常用缓蚀剂、环氧树脂涂层、金属涂层和复合内衬的研究现状进行了介绍。有助于合理选用油气田管材的缓蚀剂,并对设计开发新型管材内衬具有一定借鉴意义。
Steel pipe services in corrosive environment in the oil and gas fields.Corrosion is likely to happen for these tube and pipes,and even leads to serious accidents and environmental catastrophes.This article summarizes the recent development of corrosion inhibitor and protective coatings of steel tube and pipes.In the present review,the recent studies are focused about the subjects of mechanism of corrosion inhibitor,application of corrosion inhibitor,common corrosion inhibitor,epoxy resin coating,metal coating and composite lining.These issues may be helpful to select corrosion inhibitors,and design novel inner coatings.
