摘要 以宁东矿区12个不同灰成分、酸碱比的煤灰作为研究对象,利用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF)、煤灰熔融性测试仪、高温炉、煤灰高温旋转粘度计等考察了煤灰成分、煤灰熔融性、预熔后形态以及煤灰的黏温特性等指标,研究了煤灰酸碱比与煤灰熔融性、预熔后的表观形态及黏温特性的关系,建立了一种简单快捷的煤灰黏温特性预判方法,并通过对干煤粉气化用煤与水煤浆气化用煤炉渣煤灰黏温特性进行了验证。 The twelve kinds of coal ash with different ash composition and acid-base ratio from Ningdong coalfield were selected as the research objects.The coal ash composition,coal ash fusion characteristics and viscosity-temperature characteristics were studied by the instruments such as XRF,ash fusion tester,high temperature furnaces and high temperature ash viscometer.The relationships between coal ash acid-base ratio and ash fusion characteristics,coal ash acid-base ratio and the appearance after premelting were established.Then a simple and quick method was used to predict the coal ash viscosity-temperature characteristics,and it was verified through the comparison of dry pulverized coal gasification and coal water slurry gasification of coal ash viscosity temperature characteristics.
