高校实验室化学试剂安全使用和规范管理初探

A Preliminary Study on the Safe Use and Standardized Management of Chemical Reagents in University Laboratories

化学试剂安全使用和规范管理事关生命财产安全,是高校实验室管理的重中之重。由于化学试剂的特殊性,其使用和管理必须严格遵守相关规定,稍有不慎,极易引发爆炸、火灾等安全事故,造成巨大危害。本文简要分析了当前高校实验室化学试剂使用管理现状和存在不足,试从完善规章制度、树牢安全意识、合理存储、加强防护、处理“三废”等8个方面提出具体举措,以期为高校试剂安全使用和规范管理提供理论支撑和有益借鉴。

The safe use of chemical reagents and standardized management is a matter of life and property safety,which is the key of the university laboratory management.Due to the particularity of chemical reagents,their use and management must be strictly abided by relevant regulations.Otherwise,it could easily lead to explosion,fire and other safety accidents,causing greatly harm.The current situation and shortage of the use and management of chemical reagents in university laboratories were briefly analyzed.Then specific measures were proposed from eight aspects,such as perfecting rules and regulations,establishing safe consciousness,storing reasonably,strengthening the protection and dealing with“Three Pollution”,etc.,which were expected to provide theoretical support and useful reference for the safe use and standardized management of reagents in university laboratories.
