摘要
针对春光油田稠油热采水平井原油黏度高、隔层薄、出水点复杂、常规找水不适应的问题,开展了热采水平井动态温剖找水技术研究。通过在水平段下入分布式温度测试仪,改变生产工作制度,造成出水位置温度异常,实现准确找水。并在找水认识的基础上开展了工艺配套,利用液体胶塞先对后段非出水点进行暂堵保护,后续注入低温凝胶及高强度纳米堵剂对出水段进行逐级封堵,从而形成一套热采水平井找堵水技术。现场应用两井次,达到了改善热采水平井高含水状况,提高水平段动用程度和开发效果的目的,周期增油226.0 t。该技术为高含水热采水平井治理提供了一种新的技术方法。
In order to solve the problems of thermal production of heavy oil by horizontal wells in Chunguang oilfield,such as high viscosity of crude oil,thin separation layer,complex outflowing law and inadaptability of conventional water locating in heavy oil thermal production with horizontal wells in Chunguang oilfield,a study on dynamic temperature profile water locating technique of thermal production with horizontal wells was carried out.Through entering the distributed temperature tester in the horizontal section and changing the production system,the temperature of water position is abnormal,and then the accurate water position can be located.Based on the understanding of water locating,the matching technique process was conducted.Temporary plugging protection of non-water point at the back end was carried out with liquid rubber stopper.After injection of low temperature gel and high strength nano plugging agent,the effluent section was gradually blocked,and a set of horizontal well water plugging technology for thermal recovery was formed.The application in the field has been conducted twice and achieved the goal of improving the high water cut condition of horizontal wells in thermal recovery,improving the production degree and development effect of horizontal section,and 226 tons of oil are added periodically.This technology provides a new technical method for the treatment of high water cut in horizontal wells.
