摘要
磁轴承控制是磁轴承的关键技术之一,其控制品质决定了磁轴承能否支撑发动机转子稳定运转。通过某小型多电发动机研制,设计研制了磁轴承控制系统。采用PID控制算法,实现了磁轴承悬浮与运转,控制性能达标。详细论述了PID控制算法对磁轴承刚度、阻尼的影响,通过模拟转子实验和多电发动机的整机运转实验,验证了PID控制系统技术可以实现磁轴承控制品质。
Magnetic bearing control is one of the key technolgies of magnetic bearing,and its control quality determines whether the magnetic bearing can support the stable operation of engine rotor.Through the development of a small multi-electric engine,the magnetic bearing control system was designed.The PID control algorithm can realize the suspension and operation of magnetic bearing,and the control performance was up to the standard.The influence of PID control algorithm on the stiffness and damping of magnetic bearing was discussed in detail.Through the simulation rotor test and the whole machine operation test of multi-electric engine,it is verified that the PID control system technology can realize the control quality of magnetic bearing.
