新冠肺炎疫情对重庆市大数据智能化企业的影响分析及对策建议

Impact Analysis of COVID-19 Outbreak on Big Data Intelligent Enterprises in Chongqing

新冠肺炎疫情自2019年12月于武汉暴发以来,目前已蔓延至全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)和港澳台地区,全国各地的企业也受到了不同程度的冲击。文章通过设计调查问卷,探查重庆市大数据智能化企业在疫情冲击下所受到的影响,发现企业按时复工难度较大,预期经营比较困难,甚至存在倒闭的可能;同时还可能会产生一系列连锁反应,如企业为维持经营而采取的降薪、裁员等措施,这将进一步影响我市经济发展。有鉴于此,从政府和企业两个层面提出了加快推进企业复工复产的对策建议。

Since the outbreak of COVID-19 in Wuhan in December 2019,it has now spread to 31 provinces( autonomous regions,municipalities) and Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan regions,and enterprises across the country have been affected to varying degrees. Through the design of a questionnaire,this paper explores the impact of Chongqing’s big data intelligent enterprises under the impact of the epidemic,and finds that it is difficult for companies to resume work on time,and it is difficult to anticipate operations,and even there is the possibility of bankruptcy;at the same time,there may be a series of chain reactions,such as salary reduction,layoffs and other measures taken by enterprises to maintain businesses,which will further affect the city’s economic development. At last,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the resumption of production from the government and enterprises.
