新冠肺炎疫情下的数字经济发展机遇与对策研究

Research on Opportunities and Countermeasures of Digital Economy Development under the COVID-19 Pandemic

新冠肺炎疫情在对经济社会造成较大冲击的同时,也有效带动了网络诊疗、远程会议、在线教育、数字娱乐等新业态发展,对利用物联网、人工智能、大数据、5G等技术推动传统产业数字化和城市治理智慧化产生了巨大的需求刺激。抢抓疫情下的数字化转型机遇,大力发展数字经济成为今后一段时期恢复经济的关键。文章以2014年1月至2020年4月中国知网中核心期刊①为样本,借助CiteSpace可视化软件对涉及数字经济领域的602篇文献分别进行合作网络和关键词的共现、聚类、时间线聚类分析,探讨了数字经济的研究热点及未来发展趋势,并结合其在新冠肺炎疫情下的发展机遇,重点提出了数字经济的主要发展对策。

The COVID-19 epidemic has caused a great impact on the economy and society,and has also effectively promoted the development of new formats such as network diagnosis and treatment,remote conferences,online education,and digital entertainment,which has brought huge demand for the use of Internet of things,AI,big data and 5 G Technology to promote the digitalization of traditional industries and the wisdom of city governance. This article uses the core and above journals of CNKI as a sample from April 2014 to 2020,and uses CiteSpace visualization software to perform co-occurrence,clustering,and timeline clustering of 602 articles in the digital economy. The paper analyzed the research hotspots and future development trends of the digital economy,and based the development opportunities under the epidemic,proposed the development strategies of the digital economy.
