手性芳氧苯氧烷酸香豆素酯类化合物的合成与生物活性 被引量:1

摘要 为寻找高效、易于合成的手性芳氧苯氧烷酸酯类除草剂。利用分子杂交原理,以精喹禾灵(haloxy-p-methyl)和炔草酯的结构为基础,将天然活性基团香豆素引入芳氧苯氧丙酸结构中,两种芳氧苯氧丙酸分别和中间体7-羟基香豆素反应合成了2种手性芳氧苯氧烷酸香豆素酯化合物2和3,两者的化学结构经~1H NMR和旋光度表征。初步除草活性表明,在有效成分剂量50 g/hm^2下,化合物2和3对两种供试杂草的茎叶处理的抑制率达85%以上。此外,化合物3在500 mg/L对朱砂叶螨的防治效果为60%。该类化合物具有一定的除草活性和杀螨活性。 To prepare 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid ester as highly active herbicides via an easy way,the bioactivity group of natural coumarin was introduced into the structure of 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid which was derived from the quizalofop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl.Two kinds of 2-(4-aryloxyphenoxy)propionic acid intermediates were respectively reacted with 7-hydroxylcoumarin to obtain compound 2 and 3.Their structures were confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and optical rotation.The preliminary bioassay results show that the compound 2 and 3 have good herbicidal activities against the test weeds at the dosage of 50 g/hm2.Moreover,the compound 3 exhibits 60%inhibition against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at the dosage of 500 mg/L.It is found that the target compounds have outstanding herbicidal and acaricidal activity.
