摘要
针对含氟515 mg/L,含磷958 mg/L的磷酸生产废水,采用"白泥浆中和-絮凝-改性粉煤灰吸附"的改进工艺进行处理,氟离子质量浓度降至1.64 mg/L,总磷质量浓度降至1.3 mg/L,符合国家《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》(GB15580-2011)中总磷质量浓度≤10 mg/L、氟化物质量浓度≤15 mg/L的标准。通过Microsoft Visual Studio 2015工具对实验工艺过程中废水进出水浓度、各个单元运行参数、去除率影响因素进行编程,开发出具有可视化界面的仿真计算软件,实现多元选项计算氟、磷去除率的目的。结果表明:软件计算结果与实验偏差低于0.8 mg/L;软件界面直观、操作简便,界面元素设计丰富。
Phosphoric acid production wastewater containing 515 mg/L of fluoride,958 mg/L of phosphorus was treated using the improvement process of"White mud neutralization-flocculation-modified fly ash adsorption".The mass concentrations of fluorine ion and total phosphorus were decreased to 1.64 mg/L and 1.3 mg/L respectively,meeting the Chinese"Discharge standard of water pollutants for phosphate fertilizer industry"(GB15580-2011,total phosphorus≤10 mg/L,fluoride≤15 mg/L).Through the Microsoft Visual Studio 2015,the influence factors such as inlet and outlet concentration,operating parameters of each unit and removal rate in the experimental process were programmed,and the simulation calculation software with Visual interface was developed to realize the purpose of multi-option calculation of fluorine and phosphorus removal rate.The results show that the deviation between the calculated and experimental results is less than 0.8 mg/L.The developed software interface is intuitive,easy to operate,and rich in design elements.
