摘要
简要介绍了半挂车铁路驮背运输的基本特点,结合既有铁路、公路车辆研发经验和驮背运输车的结构、使用特点,提出了适用于铁路驮背运输的驮背运输半挂车车架的吊装设计、接口设计、使用和结构设计要点,并运用ANSYS软件对车架结构进行了有限元分析,分析结果表明该驮背运输半挂车车架的强度、刚度均满足要求,为同类车型的车架结构设计提供了参考。
The basic characteristics of railway piggyback transportation semi-trailer introduced in this article.Combining the existing railway and road vehicle research and development experience and the structure and use characteristics of piggyback transportation vehicle,the lifting design,interface design and the key points of structural design of the piggyback transportation semi-trailer vehicle suitable for railway piggyback transportation is proposed.And the finite element analysis is used for the frame structure by ANSYS software;the analysis results show that the strength and rigidity of the piggyback transport semi-trailer frame meet the requirements,which provide a reference for the same type of frame design.
