日本国家高等教育改革、支援和学位授予局评估标准调整探析

Adjustment of Evaluation Criteria of National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Japan’s Higher Education

国家高等教育改革、支援和学位授予局是日本文部科学省认可具备认证资质的三大质量保障机构之一,其三轮评估在标准的方面都有所差异。通过分析该机构三轮评估中评估标准及实施方式的调整过程,总结和提炼其这些"标准"在方向和内容上调整的特点,以期镜鉴和启示我国高校评估的未来发展。

The National Institution for Academic Degrees and Quality Enhancement of Higher Education is one of the three major quality assurance institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology in Japan, and its evaluations are different in terms of standards since the three rounds. By analyzing the adjustment process of the evaluation standards and implementation methods in the three rounds of evaluation, this paper summarizes and refines the characteristics of the adjustment of these "standards" regarding to the directions and contents, so as to mirror and enlighten future development of the evaluation of colleges and universities in China.
