稳定的NDI型预聚体在聚氨酯弹性体上的应用

Application of stable NDI type prepolymer in polyurethane elastomer

用聚酯二元醇、聚己内酯二元醇、PTMEG(聚四氢呋喃醚二醇)分别与NDI(1,5–萘二异氰酸酯)、MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯)、TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)合成不同的预聚体,根据性能将其应用于不同领域,对比发现NDI型预聚体具有较好的稳定性,且其弹性体的性能更为优异。

The different prepolymers were synthesized by the reactions of the polyester diol,polycaprolactone diol and PTMEG (polytetramethylene ether glycol) with NDI (1,5-naphthalene diisocyanate),MDI (diphenylmethane diisocyanate) and TDI (toluene diisocyanate) respectively.According to their performance,they are applied in different fields.By comparing their performance,it is found that the NDI type prepolymer has better stability,and the performance of the elastomer synthesized from such is more excellent.
