针刺治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in Treating Premature Ovarian Failure of Kidney Deficiency

现如今女性工作、生活压力日益增大,饮食起居不规律,部分女性为追求纤细身材而节食减肥等诸多因素,导致卵巢储备功能下降,最终演变为卵巢早衰。卵巢早衰是指女性在40岁之前卵巢功能衰竭,出现闭经、不孕等症状,严重影响了现代女性的生育及健康,西医治疗卵巢早衰主要采用性激素替代或皮质激素的治疗方法,该方法并没有很好的解决问题,且存在很大的副作用,因此寻求更好的治疗方法十分重要,近年来以针刺为主的治疗方法被大量投入临床,通过不断的实验研究、临床观察发现,以针刺为主治疗卵巢早衰的诸多方法,效果安全、无副作用,患者也更易于接受和配合。在中医学中,卵巢早衰的主要病机是肾虚,因此作者通过翻阅大量国内外文献,针对针刺治疗肾虚型卵巢早衰的研究进展进行综述如下。

Nowadays,women’s work and life pressures are increasing,eating and drinking are irregular,and some women are pursuing slimming and dieting to lose weight and other factors,leading to a decline in ovarian reserve function,which eventually evolves into premature ovarian failure. Premature ovarian failure refers to ovarian failure before the age of 40,and symptoms such as amenorrhea and infertility,which seriously affect the fertility and health of modern women. Western medicine treats premature ovarian failure mainly by sex hormone replacement and corticosteroid treatment. It is a good solution to the problem,and there are many side effects. Therefore,it is very important to seek a better treatment. In recent years,acupuncture-based treatment methods have been put into clinical use. Through continuous experimental research and clinical observation,it is found that acupuncture treatment of premature ovarian failure is safe and has no side effects,and patients are more likely to accept and cooperate. In traditional Chinese medicine,the main pathogenesis of premature ovarian failure is kidney deficiency. Therefore,the author reviews the progress of acupuncture treatment of premature ovarian failure of kidney deficiency by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literatures.
