黄芩是中医临床的常用药材,其质量控制与临床疗效密切相关。目前,指纹图谱技术已经广泛地应用于药材质量控制,主要的研究方法包括液相色谱法、液质联用色谱法、薄层色谱法、毛细管电泳色谱法、红外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁共振、生物指纹图谱等。该文对黄芩指纹图谱的研究进展进行综述,为其质量控制提供依据。

Scutellaria baicalensis is a common traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice,and its quality control is closely related to clinical efficacy. At present,the fingerprint technology has been widely used in medicinal materials quality control. The main research methods include liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography mass spectrometry,thin layer chromatography,capillary electrophoresis chromatography,infrared spectrum,ultraviolet spectrum,nuclear magnetic resonance,biological fingerprint,etc.,The paper reviewed the research progress of the fingerprint of Scutellaria baicalensis,which provided the basis for the quality control of Scutellaria baicalensis.
