艾灸疗法防治新型冠状病毒肺炎应用理论探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎是以发热、乏力、干咳及进行性呼吸困难为主要临床表现的急性传染病,其属中医"疫病"范畴,由疠气侵袭机体所致,以湿、热、毒、瘀为基本病机特点。目前主要防治手段均以隔离和对症治疗为主,尚无有效的抗病毒药物。艾灸疗法作为中医学中独特的治疗方法,其对于疫病的防治在古代文献中已有相关记载。室内艾熏可用于预防新型冠状病毒肺炎,艾条燃烧产生的挥发油具有镇咳平喘功效,产生的艾烟具有广谱抗病毒功效,熏熨时间越长,作用越强。艾灸身体穴位可用于治疗轻型新型冠状病毒肺炎,主穴选择足三里、神阙、阴陵泉、曲池,寒湿郁肺证配穴关元、膏肓、列缺,湿热蕴肺证配穴大椎、肺俞、陶道。现代研究证明,艾灸疗法可纠正自由基代谢紊乱,调节神经递质失衡,改善局部微循环与淋巴循环,控制和缩小炎症灶坏死面积,促进内环境稳定,具有双向免疫调节功能。大疫当前,具有简、便、廉、效特点的艾灸疗法定会在防治过程中发挥其积极的作用。

Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is an acute infectious disease with fever,fatigue,dry cough and developmental dyspnea as the main clinical manifestations. It belongs to the category of pestilence in traditional Chinese medicine,caused by epidemic pathogen invading the body,characterized by dampness,heat,poison and blood stasis. Quarantine and symptomatic treatment are primary,no effective antiviral drug exists at present. As a unique therapy in traditional Chinese medicine,moxibustion has been recorded in ancient literatures long before for the prophylaxis and treatment of pestilence. Indoor moxafuming can be used to prevent COVID-19,volatile oil produced by the burning moxa stick can relieve cough and asthma,moxa smoke produced by the burning moxa stick has a broad spectrum of antiviral effect,the longer the burning time,the stronger the effect. Moxibustion at acupoints can be used for the treatment of mild-case COVID-19 and the main acupoints are Zusanli(ST36),Shenque(RN8),Yinlingquan(SP9),Quchi(LI11). Cold-dampness accumulating lungs syndrome adds acupoints:Guanyuan(RN4),Gaohuang(BL43),Lieque(LU7)and hold-dampness accumulating lungs syndrome adds acupoints:Dazhui(DU14),Feishu(BL13),Taodao(DU13). Modern researches have proved that moxibustion can correct the disorder of free radical metabolism,regulate the imbalance of neurotransmitter,improve local micro-circulation and lymphatic circulation,control and reduce the necrosis area of inflammation,promote the stability of internal environment and regulate the immune function bilaterally. In the face of pestilence,moxibustion with the characteristics of simplicity,convenience,cheapness and effectiveness will certainly play a positive role in the prophylaxis and treatment process.
