四妙勇安汤对糖尿病足影响研究

糖尿病足是糖尿病的并发症之一,典型的表现是足部溃疡、坏疽。严重病例有截肢的风险,严重影响着患者的生活质量。中医药治疗糖尿病足有其特有的优势,四妙勇安汤可以清热解毒、活血止痛,研究表明该方在改善患者症状、加快神经传导速度、促进创面恢复等方面具有明显优势。文章从四妙勇安汤治疗糖尿病足的病因病机、有效成分、临床作用研究等方面出发,探讨它在糖尿病足治疗中发挥作用的机制,旨在为糖尿病足的防治提供理论指导。

Diabetic foot is one of the complications of diabetes,the typical manifestation is foot ulcer,gangrene. In severe cases,there is a risk of amputation,which seriously affects patients’ quality of life. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has its unique advantages in the treatment of diabetes. Simiao Yong’an Decoction can activate blood circulation and relieve pain. Studies have shown that this prescription has obvious advantages in improving patients’ symptoms,accelerating nerve conduction speed and promoting wound recovery. This paper discusses the mechanism of Simiao Yong’an Decoction in the treatment of diabetic foot from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,active ingredients and clinical effects,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the prevention and treatment of diabetic foot.
