聚氨酯胶粘剂的固化反应及动力学研究 被引量:7

Study on curing reaction and kinetics of polyurethane adhesive

摘要 以多苯基多亚甲基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)和硅氢封端有机硅树脂(PDMS)为主要原料,制备了一种可在室温下固化的含碳硼烷耐高低温胶粘剂用树脂。通过差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究其固化反应中的各个固化特征,并且分别采用了Kissinger法和Ozawa法计算该反应的反应活化能、反应级数和频率因子等动力学参数。研究结果表明:由两种方法计算所得的表观活化能分别为32.9和36.9 kJ/mol,固化反应级数分别为0.86和0.95,接近一级反应。 Using polyaryl polymethylene polyisocyanate(PAPI)and silicon hydrogen-terminated silicone resin(PDMS)as the main raw materials,a kind of high and low temperature resistant adhesive resin containing carborane,which could be cured at room temperature,was prepared.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to study the curing characteristics of the reaction,and the reaction activation energy,reaction order,frequency factor and other kinetic parameters were calculated by Kissinger and Ozawa method,respectively.The research results showed that the apparent activation energy calculated by two methods was 32.9 and 36.9 kJ/mol,and the curing reaction order was 0.86 and 0.95,respectively,which were close to the first order reaction.
