脉冲射频通过调控Nrf2的表达减轻神经病理性疼痛大鼠的机械痛敏 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)在神经病理性疼痛大鼠脊髓中的表达变化,探讨脉冲射频(PRF)是否能通过调节脊髓中Nrf2蛋白的表达发挥镇痛作用。方法观察坐骨神经分支损伤(SNI)模型大鼠缩足阈值(PWT),采用Western blotting检测大鼠脊髓中Nrf2的表达情况。给予SNI大鼠PRF治疗后,观察大鼠PWT并检测脊髓中Nrf2的表达情况。结果SNI大鼠PWT显著降低,Nrf2的表达在建模1 d时略增加后显著减少;PRF治疗后SNI大鼠PWT显著增加,Nrf2的表达也增加。结论PRF治疗可以改善SNI大鼠的神经痛理性疼痛,可能与脊髓中Nrf2蛋白的表达增加有关。 Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2(Nrf2)in the spinal dorsal horn of rats with neuropathic pain and assess whether pulsed radiofrequency(PRF)exerts an analgesic effect by regulating the expression of Nrf2 protein in the spinal dorsal horn.Methods Spared nerve injury(SNI)model rats were used.The mechanical contraction paw withdrawal threshold(PWT)of the SNI model rats was measured,and the expression of Nrf2 in the spinal cord was detected using Western blotting.The PWT of SNI rats was observed after PRF treatment.The expression of Nrf2 in the spinal cord was detected after PRF treatment.Results The PWT of SNI model rats was significantly reduced,and the Nrf2 expression was also significantly reduced after a slight increase in the model after 1 day.Compared with the SNI group,the PWT significantly increased,and the expression of Nrf2 also increased after PRF treatment.Conclusion Pain improvement after PRF in SNI rats may be associated with an increased expression of Nrf2 protein in the spinal dorsal horn.
