新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间检验科整体应对措施的探讨

新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)是一种新型传染性疾病,从发现至今已传播至全球200多个国家。为了应对新冠肺炎疫情期间的工作需求,同时最大限度地保护医务人员,湖北省宜昌市国药葛洲坝中心医院检验科在工作流程(包括安全防护、样本处理、报告管理、物品和环境消毒)、人员配置、后勤保障(包括生活起居、防护物资管理、试剂耗材管理、社会捐赠和人文关怀)等方面采取了一系列应对措施。在整个疫情高峰期全科无1例医务人员感染,同时高效地完成了各项工作。分析新冠肺炎疫情期间的检验科应对措施,以期向同道分享经验。

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is a new infectious disease,since its appearance,it has spread to more than 200 countries around the world.In order to cope with the work needs during the period of COVID-19 and protect the medical staff to the greatest extent,the department of clinical laboratory of Sinopharm Gezhouba Central Hospital in Yichang City,Hubei Province made a series of countermeasures in the aspects of work flow(including safety protection,sample handling,report management,articles and environmental disinfection),personnel allocation,logistic service(including daily life,protective materials management,reagent consumables management,social donation and humanistic care),etc.During the peak period of the epidemic,there was no case of medical staff infection in the whole department,and various tasks were completed efficiently.The countermeasures of the department of clinical laboratory during the COVID-19 epidemic period are analyzed,in order to share the experience with the colleagues.
