目前大多数医院药房都是通过人工配药发药,药师工作量大且效率低。针对该情况,本文介绍了自动发药机的硬件设备和软件设施,评估了药房自动配药发药的业务流程,分析了自动发药机在医院智慧药房中的使用效果,并在此基础上对医院信息化建设提出了建议,即将信息化建设的对象聚焦到以患者服务为核心的药房,旨在提高医院的服务水平,改善患者的医疗服务体验,推动医院建立良好的医患关系。

At present,most hospital pharmacies are distributing medicine through manual dispensing,and the pharmacist has a large workload and low efficiency.In response to this situation,this article introduces the hardware and software facilities of the automatic dispensing machine,evaluates the business process of automatic dispensing and dispensing of drugs in the pharmacy,analyzes the effect of the automatic dispensing machine in the smart pharmacy of the hospital,and based on this the hospital's informatization construction puts forward suggestions that the object of informatization construction will focus on the pharmacy with patient service as the core,aiming to improve the hospital's service level,improve the patient's medical service experience,and promote the hospital to establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
