摘要
随着新医改的逐步推进,医务人员的激励管理问题越来越受到人们的重视。公立医院在进行全面改革的过程中,绩效考核与薪酬制度的重塑是一项重要的任务,只有在绩效及薪酬制度上建立一套完善的考核体系,才能为其他方面的改革奠定基础。本文结合我院医院绩效考核与薪酬制度现状,总结存在的问题,深入分析原因,并对完善公立医院绩效考核与薪酬制度改革提出几点思考,为公立医院绩效考核与薪酬制度的改革作出贡献。
With the gradual advancement of the new medical reform,the issue of incentive management of medical personnel is getting more and more attention.In the process of comprehensive reform of public hospitals,the performance evaluation and reshaping of the salary system is an important task,only in the performance and compensation system to establish a set of perfect assessment system,to lay the foundation for other aspects of reform.This article combines the status of our hospital's performance appraisal and salary system,summarizes the existing problems,analyzes the reasons in depth,and puts forward some thoughts on improving the performance assessment and salary system reform of public hospitals,and contributes to the reform of public hospital performance assessment and salary system.
