心脑血管疾病是心血管和脑血管疾病的统称,具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高、并发症多等特点,且随着社会的不断发展,人们生活水平不断改善,膳食结构、运动方式、工作压力等慢性病危险因素暴露水平持续上升,致使心脑血管疾病的发病率和死亡率均居于首位,给国家和家庭造成了巨大的经济负担,也给居民身体造成了不可逆的伤害。因此,了解心脑血管疾病的流行规律、主要影响因素,对制定心脑血管疾病预防控制策略和措施具有重要的意义。本文就心脑血管疾病流行概况、主要危险因素及综合防控作一综述,旨在为心脑血管疾病防治工作提供参考。

Cardio-cerebrovascular disease is a general term for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,it has the characteristics of high morbidity,high disability,high mortality,high recurrence rate,and many complications.With the continuous development of society,people's living standards continue to improve,and exposure levels of chronic disease risk factors such as diet structure,exercise patterns,and work pressure continue to rise,resulting in the highest incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and mortality,causing a huge economic burden on the country and families,and also on residents.The body caused irreversible damage.Therefore,understanding the prevalence and main influencing factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases is of great significance for the development of prevention and control strategies and measures for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.This article reviews the prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,main risk factors and comprehensive prevention and control,and aims to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
