某大型被托管医院住院患者地域来源分析

Analysis of Regional Sources of Inpatients in a Large Trusted Hospital

目的探究某大型被托管医院自运营以来住院患者的地域来源特征,为医院管理者提供调整医院宣传方向决策依据,为行政管理部门提供配置医疗资源的思路。方法提取2017年11月~2019年6月我院收治的23836例住院患者的首页地址信息,统计患者地域分布情况,以Python语言结合百度地图制作电子数据地图进行可视化分析。结果23836例住院患者中的地址信息成功制作成多种可视化的网络地图,本市患者占90.78%,省内市外患者占7.52%,省外患者占1.70%,覆盖全国28省市、省内全部市州、市内所有区县。结论某院住院患者地域来源广泛,但主要来自本市及周边省内城市,提示应对薄弱地区进行宣传扩展,服务更多区域的患者;某被托管医院的患者地域来源表明,省会龙头医院对远离省会的大型地级市新医院进行托管是一种有效利用医疗资源的方式。

Objective To explore the geographical source characteristics of inpatients in a large managed hospital since its operation,to provide hospital managers with a basis for decision-making to adjust the direction of hospital publicity,and to provide administrative departments with the idea of configuring medical resources.Methods The homepage address information of 23,836 inpatients admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to June 2019 was extracted,the geographical distribution of patients was counted,and electronic data maps were made with Python language and Baidu maps for visual analysis.Results The address information of 23836 inpatients was successfully made into a variety of visual network maps.The patients in this city accounted for 90.78%,the patients in and outside the province accounted for 7.52%,and the patients outside the province accounted for 1.70%,covering 28 provinces and cities,all cities and prefectures in the province,and all districts and counties in the city.Conclusion The inpatients in a hospital have a wide range of geographical sources,but mainly from the city and surrounding cities in the province.It is suggested that the weak areas should be publicized and expanded to serve patients in more areas;The geographical origin of the patients in the hospitals under trust indicates that the provincial capital's leading hospitals is a way to effectively use medical resources to host new hospitals in large prefecture-level cities far away from the provincial capital.
