妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的效果

Effect of Marvelon on Abnormal Uterine Bleeding After Upper Ring

目的探讨妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血的效果。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月我院收治的上环后子宫异常出血患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予米非司酮治疗,观察组给予妈富隆治疗,比较两组临床效果、止血时间、子宫内膜厚度及不良事件发生情况。结果观察组临床总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组止血时间短于对照组[(34.15±6.31)h vs(46.82±8.26)h],子宫内膜厚度小于对照组[(5.31±1.74)mm vs(7.83±1.67)mm],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆治疗上环后子宫异常出血效果确切,可有效缩短止血时间,降低子宫内膜厚度,且可减少不良事件的发生,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of Marvelon on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after upper ring.Methods Selecting 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding after upper ring admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mifepristone,and the observation group was treated with Marvelon.The clinical effect,hemostasis time,endometrial thickness and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 77.50%that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the bleeding time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group[(34.15±6.31)h vs(46.82±8.26)h],and the endometrial thickness was lower than that of the control group[(5.31±1.74)mm vs(7.83±1.67)mm],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Marvelon has a definite effect on the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding after the upper ring,which can effectively shorten hemostasis time and reduce endometrial thickness,meanwhile reduce the occurrence of adverse events,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has high safety.
