摘要
以三七叶乙醇提取物为原料,经HP-20大孔吸附树脂分离,采用DPPH自由基清除作用和酪氨酸酶抑制作用评价其抗氧化与美白作用。结果表明三七叶经大孔树脂富集后,50%乙醇洗脱段抑制酪氨酸酶活性是熊果苷的1.1倍,70%乙醇洗脱段抗氧化作用为Vc的1.4倍。结论是三七叶乙醇提取物用大孔吸附树脂富集,50%部位的美白作用较强,可以作为天然产物成分开发化妆品。
Using ethanol extract of Panax notoginseng leaf as raw material and separating by HP-20 macroporous adsorption resin,this research assesses the anti-oxidation and whitening effects through DPPH free radical scavenging and tyrosinase inhibition.The findings show that the inhibition of tyrosinase activity in the 50%ethanol elution section is 1.1 times that of arbutin,and the antioxidant activity of the 70%ethanol elution fraction is 1.4 times of Vc.It can be concluded that the ethanol extract of Panax notoginseng leaves is enriched by macroporous adsorption resin,and the whitening effect is strong in position of 50%.As a result,It can be used as a natural product to develop cosmetics.
