摘要
采用SBR(活性污泥法)工艺处理生活污水,在曝气量(纯氧0.2 L/min,空气1 L/min)一定的条件下,研究纯氧与空气系统中活性污泥特性(污泥量及沉降性)的差异,结果显示:(1)用纯氧替代空气曝气系统后其菌胶团活性污泥结构更为规则密实,且活性污泥中的固着型纤毛虫比例更大。(2)纯氧曝气系统较空气曝气系统SV、SVI值相对较小,说明纯氧曝气系统沉降性更好,不易出现污泥膨胀现象。(3)纯氧曝气系统较空气曝气系统MLSS、MLVSS值都相对较高,说明纯氧曝气系统活性污泥有效成分比例更高,且从侧面也解释了纯氧曝气系统处理污水效果更好、抗负荷能力更高的原因。
Through the contrast of two different aeration methods between pure oxygen and air with SBR process and the constant of aeration volume(pure oxygen 0.2L/min,air 1 L/min),we analyze the difference of activated sludge characteristics between pure oxygen and air aeration system.Results show that:1)the activated sludge and zooglea in pure oxygen aeration system is more regulated and compacted in shape,and the pure oxygen aeration system has higher proportion of sessile type ciliate in activated sludge relative to air aeration system;2)The SV and SVI values of the pure oxygen aeration system are relatively small compared with those of the air aeration system,which indicates that the pure oxygen aeration system has better settleability than the air aeration system,and it is not easy to show the phenomenon of sludge swelling;3)According to the records of MLSS and MLVSS experimental results,it can be seen that the MLSS and MLVSS values of pure oxygen aeration system are relatively higher than those of air aeration system,which indicates that the ratio of active sludge in pure oxygen aeration system is higher than that in air aeration system.In addition,the reason why the pure oxygen aeration system has better sewage treatment effect and higher load resistance capacity is also explained from the side.
