摘要
通过问卷调查获取影响师范生教学技能的因素,运用AHP法和Matlab软件对师范生教学技能的影响因素进行分析,构建出层次结构模型。在定性的基础上对师范生的教学技能进行定量评价,为提高师范生的职业技能的培养提供科学的依据。
In this paper,the factors influencing normal students'teaching skills are obtained through questionnaire survey.Analytic Hierarchy Process and Matlab software are applied in analyzation to construct hierarchical model.On the basis of qualification,the teaching skills of normal school students are evaluated quantitatively,which provides rational basis for improving the vocational skills of normal school students.
