重点中学学生自尊与个人成长主动性的关系研究

摘要 为了解重点中学学生自尊和个人成长主动性状况,探讨自尊与个人成长主动性之间的关系。采用青少年个人成长主动性问卷、自尊量表对云南某地区重点高中和初中336名中学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,重点中学学生自尊处于中等偏上水平,男生的自尊水平显著高于女生(t=2.58, p<0.01);中学生个人成长主动性处于中等偏上水平,初中生的个人成长主动性显著高于高中生(t=4.43, p<0.001)。自尊可以正向预测个人成长主动性,自尊可以解释个人成长主动性44.4%的变异性(R^2=0.444)。 In order to understand the self-esteem and personal initiative of growth among key middle school students,and to explore the relationship between them,336 students in key high schools and junior high schools in Yunnan are investigated by using adolescent’s personal growth initiative scale(APGIS)and self-esteem scale(SES).Result show that the self-esteem level of such students is above the average.And that of male students is significantly higher than female students(t=2.58,p<0.01).The personal initiative of growth is at a medium-high level,and that of junior middle school students is significantly higher than that of senior middle school students(t=4.43,p<0.001).Self-esteem can positively predict personal growth initiative,and self-esteem can explain 44.4%(R^2=0.444)variability of personal growth initiative.
