基于产教融合的高职装配式人才培养途径探索

培养高素质实用型装配式建筑人才是建筑类高职院校的主要任务之一。基于产教融合的人才培养模式建立在寻求校企合作共赢的基础上,有助于促进人才链与产业链的深度衔接。立足于社会对高职装配式人才培养的需求,阐述当前高职装配式人才培养的现状,并且结合多年工作经验,提出构建基于产教融合的装配式人才培养的途径,以此为社会培养出高素质的装配式建筑人才。

Training high-quality practical prefabricated construction talents is one of the main tasks of higher vocational colleges.The talent training mode based on the integration of production and education is based on seeking win-win cooperation between schools and enterprises,which is helpful to promote the deep connection between talent chain and industrial chain.Based on the society’s demand for prefabricated talents in higher vocational colleges,this paper expounds the current situation of the cultivation of prefabricated talents in higher vocational colleges,and combining with many years of work experience,puts forward the way to construct the cultivation of prefabricated talents based on the integration of production and education,so as to cultivate high-quality prefabricated construction talents for the society.
