This research analyzes the construction content of quality management training for pharmaceutical business enterprises in accordance with the requirements of the new version of the“Drug Administration Law”and the“Good Manufacturing Practices”,and adopts appropriate assessment methods for the training content.Through training,employees are conscious of pioneering,dedicated and hard-working,and the comprehensive quality and business level of all employees of the company are improved.
