摘要
组织工程学在组织器官缺损修复展现了巨大前景。但是,传统组织工程构建方法存在组织复杂、精细微结构构建困难、种子细胞分布不均的难题。基于微凝胶的微组织技术可在微尺度精细模拟组织微结构,且可通过组装的方式实现种子细胞在移植物上的均匀分布。微凝胶的成分大体可分为天然水凝胶来源和人工水凝胶来源,该文根据成分来源进行分类,对不同水凝胶在微组织构建中的应用与进展做一综述,以期对组织工程相关研究人员提供参考。
Tissue engineering is promising in the reconstruction of tissues and organs.However,traditional tissue engineering is difficult to construct biomimetic microstructures and achieve evenly distributed cells among scaffolds.Microtissues fabricated by microgels can simulate microstructures in micro-scales and promote uniform distribution of seeded cells.According to component sources,microgels can be divided into natural hydrogels and synthetic hydrogels.Here,latst progress of hydrogels in the construction of microtissues are reviewed.And we hope it can provide relevant information for tissue engineering researchers.
