复方聚乙二醇电解质散不同给药方式对便秘患者肠道准备清洁效果的影响

Effects of different administration methods of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder on cleansing effect of bowel preparation in patients with constipation

目的探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散(SF-PEG)不同给药方式对便秘患者肠道准备清洁效果的临床价值。方法选取我院消化内镜室2017年8月~2018年12月拟行无痛结肠镜检查的便秘患者144例,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组48例。A组患者检查当日一次性口服SF-PEG 2盒溶液2000 mL,B组患者检查前一天晚上及检查当日各口服SF-PEG 1盒溶液1000 mL,C组患者在A组的基础上从服药开始立即顺时针按摩腹部直至匀速把药液喝完。对比三组患者肠道准备清洁效果、发生不良反应例数、睡眠干扰情况及重复检查意愿。结果三组患者均顺利完成无痛结肠镜检查。B组和C组患者的肠道准备清洁效果均优于A组(P<0.05)。B组和C组患者发生不良反应的例数明显低于A组(P<0.05)。A组和C组患者对睡眠影响的例数明显低于B组(P<0.05)。C组患者重复检查意愿明显高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论SF-PEG结合腹部按摩对便秘患者肠道准备,能获得良好的肠道清洁效果,不良反应发生率低,且患者睡眠干扰小、重复检查意愿高,方法简便易行。

Objective To explore the clinical value of different administration methods of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(SF-PEG)on the cleansing effect of bowel preparation in patients with constipation.Methods A total of 144 patients with constipation who scheduled to undergo painless colonoscopy from August 2017 to December 2018 in our hospital's digestive endoscopy room were randomly divided into three groups:group A,B and C,with 48 cases in each group.Group A was orally given 2 boxes of 2000 mL of SF-PEG solution on the day of the test,group B was respectively given one box of 1000 mL of SF-PEG solution on the night before and on the day of the test,and group C was given clockwise abdominal massage from the beginning of taking medicine until the drink was finished on the basis of the group A.The effect of bowel preparation cleaning,the number of adverse reactions,the number of sleep disorders,and the willingness to repeat the test were compared between the three groups.Results All three groups successfully completed painless colonoscopy.The cleansing effect of bowel preparation in group B and C was better than that in group A(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions in groups B and C was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The number of patients with sleep disorder in group A and C was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05).The willingness in group C to repeat the examination was significantly higher than that in groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion SF-PEG combined with abdominal massage can achieve a remarkable effect on bowel preparation in patients with constipation.It features low incidence of adverse reactions,less interference in sleep,high willingness to repeat tests,and ease of use.
